Large-Scale Project Logistics in Cameroon

B2B Logistics is proud to have supported one of our Norwegian customers in Cameroon through several years of complex logistics operations involving both roadfreight and air freight solutions.

As part of the project, we have managed customs clearance and transportation for more than 500 containers, in addition to multiple air freight shipments requiring time-critical coordination and reliable execution.

Our operations have included transport from the Port of Kribi to destinations such as Maroua and the Guider project site in Northern Cameroon — routes that involve demanding inland logistics conditions and long transit distances.

Operating in Challenging Conditions

Inland transport in Cameroon can be highly demanding. A single transport operation may take approximately six days due to:

• Limited road infrastructure

• Seasonal weather conditions and heavy rainfall

• Roads damaged or washed away during rainy periods

• Fuel and diesel availability challenges

• Complex border and customs procedures

• Remote project locations with difficult access conditions

Despite these operational challenges, B2B Logistics has consistently delivered reliable transport and logistics solutions throughout the project period.

• Port operations and cargo coordination in Kribi

• Inland transport planning and execution
